Our websites www.trainedforadventure.com, club.trainedforadventure.com, and all related mobile applications (the “Website”) are owned and operated by Trained For Adventure, Inc. The Website provides fitness and athletic performance training for those interested in outdoor recreational activities, and other related and supporting services offered by Trained For Adventure ( the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our Services, as well as any related services, sales, marketing or events.

Our goal of this Privacy Policy is to do our best to help you understand what information we collect, how we use that information and your privacy rights. How long do we keep your information?

The IRS requires keeping records of any transactions with you for up to seven years. Otherwise, we will store your information for as long as you have an account with Trained For Adventure.

Our Website may have unaffiliated third-party advertisements, we are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with such parties. We do not intentionally collect information from persons under eighteen years of age. When using the Website, you represent that you are eighteen years of age or older (or) that you are the guardian consenting the participating minor’s dependent use of the Website. Trained For Adventure is not responsible for the privacy policies of any third-party websites which users may access through a third-party link. Trained For Adventure disclaims all responsibility for the privacy practices of such other third-party websites. You may access your Personal Information stored by us, as well as information about how we are using your information and you can request that we rectify any inaccurate personal information stored by us.

Except as expressly identified below, we do not disclose a user’s personal data to any third-party for such third-party’s direct marketing purposes.

Notice to Nevada Residents

Nevada law allows Nevada residents to opt-out of the sale of certain types of personal information. Notice to California Residents
